Symptoms vary widely in severity, leading to the term “spectrum.” Individuals with ASD may have difficulty understanding social cues, engaging in typical conversational exchanges, and may exhibit strong preferences for routines and specific interests.

The Impact on Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder:

1. Social Interaction: Individuals with ASD often experience challenges in understanding and participating in social interactions. They may find it difficult to interpret facial expressions, body language, and tone of voice, which can lead to misunderstandings and social isolation.
